EJ (and her running buddy, Dad) finished their first 5K this past weekend.  Above is their "before" photo and below is their "after."

Just kidding!  That was their "pretend you're dying" after photo.  This is the real one.

EJ and her friends have been training all Spring (a lot of times in the snow and rain) to get ready for the 5K through the Girls on the Run program.  Exercise and self-confidence...it's an amazing program!
