Spring Green
So, last month I showed my two different (but very similar) skeins of green yarn and today I thought I'd show you what became of them. EJ is modeling the Queen Anne's Lace Scarf above and below is the finished Cardiff Cowl.
I didn't get a chance to have one of my models try it out, so was thrilled when Karri posted this pic for me to steal...hee, hee. I think it looks great on her...especially with the navy stripes.
I'm thinking I need to make myself a cowl (or start selling them given that I can't seem to stop making them). I am still building my list of cowls I love, but haven't made yet...1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6...

Lovely scarf and cowl. Adorable model for the scarf :)
The scarf and cowl are beautiful!
the scarf looks great! i really like the pattern of that one and it looks esp great on the model!
Talk about quick yet cute and practical gifts! That's the way to go! I love the shade of green, it's such a hard color to find just the right shade sometimes.
I love that scarf. I keep seeing it everywhere and just thinking about making it. It looks really cozy in that yarn!
I adore my scarf!!!! Although I think it may look better on cutie patootie EJ than me :-)
LOVE your idea about selling them! It's definitely something you love to do and what's better than doing something you love AND making money? I say go for it!!
Both look great, I love the greens :)
It definitely is about time you made one for yourself too!
After you make one for yourself I will buy one!! I love those cowls... 2 and 3 are my faves ;) I saw a cute young couple at church and she had one on and instead of paying attention I kept wondering if I could look cute like that :)
I think your cowl/scarf business could go crazy! Especially if our weather stays winter!! go for it!
I love both, but especially the cowl. I need to make myself one I think
Oh you guys are too sweet, but you need to develop your own patterns before you can sell them! :-)
Love the green. Love the cowl. I've been needing some inspiration for my next projects. Have a good weekend.
Love the green you used. Cowls can be addictive. For me it's always been hats - I can't seem to make enough. I like the Queen Anne's lace scarf - so pretty.
This post makes me want to cast on for a cowl!
The green is wonderful and I love the Queen Ann's Lace!
Mmm, spring green! I love the Queen Anne's Lace scarf---I've been eying that pattern myself for a while now, and yours is lovely. How was it to crochet?
I just almost-finished a cowl in giiiiant bulky yarn, but it's so huge I may have to frog it, sadly. I can wear it as a tube top sweater!
So beautiful! I think 'signature' is a great way to phrase it :)
The scarf and cowl are both great - Id love to receive either!!! Loving the green... Jxx
This is a really pretty set, I love the colour of wool you have used for them too :)
ohmygoodness- how much would you charge a biz girl for a green blanket like that scarf? I would LOVE that for newborn photography!
I love your scarves. They are awesome!
